This summer planner brings Bible themes, curriculum knowledge, adaptable activities, life skills, routines and reflection together in one place. It is designed to guide families without making every day feel over-planned.

Things parents often want to know
Do I need to complete every activity?
No. The planner is a flexible menu, not a checklist. Choose what works for your family.
Are activities tied to one location?
No. Outings are general ideas such as parks, museums, farms and swimming, with links to find options near you.
Where is my planner data stored?
Your plans, habits and diary entries are stored in this browser on this device. They are not attached to your email account.
Are children’s photos uploaded?
No. Diary photos stay in this browser and are not sent to HER KIDS or Netlify.
What happens if I clear my browser data?
Your plans, entries and photos may be permanently removed. Download your diary regularly if you want a separate copy.
Can I move my planner to another device?
Not currently. The diary download is a readable keepsake, but it cannot yet restore the planner on another device.
Can I install the planner?
Yes. Use the Install app prompt where available, or choose Add to Home Screen from your mobile browser’s sharing or menu options.

PRIVACY
How HER KIDS handles your information

Email access
Your email address is submitted to HER KIDS through Netlify Forms so we can provide access to the planner. Optional marketing consent is separate and unticked by default. If you do not opt in, your email should not be used for promotional messages.
Planner and diary information
Daily plans, habits, diary entries and preferences are stored locally in your browser. They are not sent to HER KIDS or linked to your submitted email address.
Children’s photos
Photos added to diary entries are stored in this browser using IndexedDB. They are not uploaded to HER KIDS or Netlify. People using the same browser profile may be able to view them. Downloaded diaries contain embedded copies of photos.
Third-party services
Netlify hosts the site and processes the email form. Google Fonts supplies website fonts and may receive standard technical information such as an IP address when fonts load. TikTok receives information only when you choose to follow an external TikTok link.
Local storage and deletion
You can delete individual diary entries inside the planner. Clearing this site’s browser data removes locally stored plans, entries and photos, but may not remove an email already submitted through Netlify.
Children’s use
The planner is intended to be set up and managed by a parent or carer. Children should not submit personal information independently.
